Michael A. Longobardo is president and shareholder. Over the past 26 years he has provided accounting, tax, business consulting services to closely held businesses in the Triangle area. From the start-up phase to the sale of the business, Michael works side by side with his clients to achieve positive results and a goal of remarkable client service. He has extensive experience in the valuation of closely held businesses, value creation and exit strategies. Michael performs litigation consulting, financial forensic investigations, dispute resolution services and consulting in sale/purchase transactions. In recent years Michael has been engaged as a jointly retained expert to establish values and consult on disputes for both litigants. Michael has a bachelor’s degree from Azusa Pacific University and is certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an Accreditation in Business Valuation (ABV). He is one of the first 100 CPAs in the USA to be Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the AICPA and is also a Diplomat of the Board of Forensic Accountants (DABFA). He is an active member of Triangle Community Church were he serves as weekend Barista. He is also on the Executive Board of the Western Wake Tennis Association were he serves as Vice President, Finance. He is an avid tennis player and enjoys cooking, travel and fitness. Michael resides in Holly Springs with his wife Barbara and their two children Ryan and Lauren.
