Hart B. Pittard, Sr. is vice president and shareholder.  Over the course of his career he has provided accounting, tax and business consulting to closely held businesses and individuals through out eastern North Carolina.  His practice emphasis is planning and monitoring the structure of closely held businesses from initial start-up through merger and acquisition, including transactional tax planning, planning for business succession and wealth management. Mr. Pittard is experienced in the areas of risk management, cash management, corporate strategic planning, tax planning and compliance, Management Information Systems, budgeting/forecasting, sale/purchase transactions and financial reporting. Hart has a BS in Business Administration from East Carolina University and is a member of the American Institute Certified Public Accountants and The North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.  He enjoys salt water fishing, golf, fitness and cooking.
